Ewen⁴ Macdonald (William⁵, Donald⁶, James Mor⁷, Donald Gorm_og⁸, Archibald⁹, Donald Gormson¹⁰, Donald Gorm¹¹, Donald Gruamach¹², Donald Gallach¹³, Hugh¹⁴, Alexander¹⁵, Donald¹⁶, John¹⁷, Angus Og¹⁸ Donald, Angus Mor¹⁹, Donald²⁰ Reignaldson, Ragnvald²¹ Somerledsson) birth date unknown. Ewen died 1769.

He married Mary Maclean in Scotland, 1742. Mary is the daughter of Lauchlan Maclean Rev. First of Vallay, a fine Highland Gentleman. A composer of Highland Pobaireachds and an excellent performer on the bag-pipes.
